Proposal Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized Proposal Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of winning proposals for our service solutions within the mining sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality documentation.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to gather the required information for proposal development.

  • Draft, edit, and format proposal content, ensuring consistency and compliance with customer requirements and FLSmidth standards.

  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date proposal content library.

  • Ensure that all proposals accurately reflect FLSmidth's capabilities in service solutions for the mining industry.

  • Participate in internal proposal reviews to ensure technical and commercial accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in proposal writing or coordination, preferably within the industrial or mining sector.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the mining industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with content management systems or CRM tools is a plus.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Service solutions–oriented mindset.
