Responsibilities

  • Process transactions that have complied with Ria's policies, state, and federal regulations.
  • Escalate general reports of potential consumer fraud trends and suspicious activities. Risk assessment when approving transactions with red flags. Maintain constant communication with customers, both inbound and outbound calls.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • English proficiency: ADVANCED.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. More education or experience may be preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
  • Strong time management and decisionmaking skills.
  • Adaptability and accountability to build a career within the company.
  • Schedule availability.
