El Analista Sénior de Riesgo Operativo es una función profesional experimentada.

Aplica profundos conocimientos sobre la disciplina al contribuir con el desarrollo de nuevas técnicas y la mejora de los procesos y el flujo de trabajo para el área o función.

Integra la experiência en la materia y la industria dentro de un área definida.

Requiere una comprensión profunda del modo en el que las áreas se integran de manera conjunta en la subfunción, y también coordinan y contribuyen a los objetivos de la función y del negocio en general.

Evalúa temas variables y moderadamente complejos con impacto potencial considerable, donde el desarrollo de un enfoque/toma de medidas implica evaluar diversas alternativas y equilibrar situaciones potencialmente contradictorias utilizando diversas fuentes de información.

Requiere buenas habilidades analíticas para filtrar, priorizar y validar material potencialmente complejo y dinámico de múltiples fuentes. Se requieren sólidas habilidades comunicativas y diplomáticas. Generalmente asume un rol informal/formal de liderazgo dentro de los equipos. Participa en la orientación y la capacitación de nuevos empleados. Genera un impacto significativo en relación con el tamaño del proyecto, la ubicación geográfica, etc.

El trabajo y desempeño de todos los equipos del área se ven directamente afectados por el desempeño de la persona.


Responsabilidades:

  • Participar en la aplicación de políticas de riesgo operativo, tecnología y herramientas, y procesos de gestión, para crear soluciones perdurables para minimizar pérdidas por fallas de procesos internos, controles inadecuados y riesgos emergentes.
  • Coordinar auditorías, exámenes y requisitos de entregas de revisores internos y externos al apoyar las actividades de coordinación.
  • Contribuir a las evaluaciones de riesgos e impulsar acciones para tratar las causas raíz que llevan persistentemente a las pérdidas de riesgo operativo al desafiar las prácticas propuestas y las históricas.
  • Brindar gestión y supervisión que pueden incluir el riesgo operativo.
  • Garantizar que el equipo de operaciones cumpla las políticas y los procedimientos regulatorios.
  • Evaluar el entorno de control al garantizar que haya controles adecuados.
  • Garantizar la finalización del proyecto, asignaciones especiales y otras actividades ad hoc, según corresponda.
  • Desempeñar deberes adicionales, según se le asignen.
  • Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia

Calificaciones:

  • Entre 5 y 8 años de experiência relevante.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Orientación al cliente, con excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar bien en entornos de equipo, en colaboración con diversos grupos.
  • Demostrada comprensión de riesgo operativo e identificación de brechas.
  • Capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas al mismo tiempo y administrar múltiples proyectos en simultáneo.
  • Capacidad de argumentar a favor de un caso atrayente para influir a los demás, cuando corresponda.
  • Conocimiento de procedimientos, políticas y regulaciones en materia de riesgo operativo y de cumplimiento.

Educación:

  • Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.
  • Comprensión del idioma inglés, capacidad para mantener conversiones verbales y escritas en el idioma.
  • Habilidades de Negociación y de resolución de problemas.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad de adaptación al cambio.
  • Conocimientos en auditorias y revisiones en instituciones financieras.
  • Conocimientos en Mercados Financieros (deseable).
