Actualmente estamos buscando un
Ingeniero de Ventas y Manejo de Cuentas enfocado al Mercado Vertical de Química para Digital Industries que será responsable del crecimiento de ingresos y ganancias de los programas y servicios en cuentas específicas.

Mediante un enfoque de ventas consultivas, establecerá relaciones con clientes nuevos y existentes con la ejecución de estrategia y acciones que satisfagan sus necesidades técnicas y comerciales.


Posición abierta para laborar en Ciudad de México - Disponible para viajar en toda la república (indispensable)

Responsabilidades:

Entre las principales actividades del puesto se encuentran:

  • Generar y ejecutar la estrategia para el desarrollo de cuentas Foco dentro de la industria Química.
  • Realizar la venta directa de proyectos y soluciones de automatización, electrificación y digitalización.
  • Colaborar directamente con las diferentes unidades de negocio, segmentos de producto y servicio, así como coordinar la atención de los clientes con las diferentes áreas de venta internas y canales, con la intención de ofertar refacciones, sistemas y soluciones completas e innovadoras que satisfagan las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Ser el canal ideal de comunicación con los clientes a modo de poder canalizar de forma correcta la asistencia técnica y comercial a los clientes.
  • Manejo de CRM (Siesales) para gestionar la correcta relación con los clientes donde involucre manejo de contactos, iniciativas, oportunidades de venta entre otras cosas.


Se tiene como objetivo que esta persona a futuro desarrolle relaciones sólidas con los clientes finales y cuentas foco, gestionando el involucramiento temprano en cada una de las oportunidades a razón de dar respuesta a las necesidades y retos del cliente, entendiendo el ecosistema que lo rodea y gestionando el uso de nuestras soluciones en cada etapa, creando valor durante todo el ciclo de vida de la planta, impulsando el relacionamiento en los diferentes níveles.

Educación y formación

  • Ingeniería en Control y automatización, Mecatrónica, Electrónica, Comunicaciones y Electrónica ó afín.
  • Ubicación en Ciudad de México.
  • 35 años de experiência probada en ventas técnicas y consultivas dentro de la industria de procesos, con orientación a sistemas de automatización, instrumentación y digitalización.
  • Conocimientos sobre los siguientes temas: instrumentación de procesos, PLC, IIoT, OT con IT, redes industriales, sistemas SCADA, control distribuido y drives o variadores de velocidad, CRM.
