Your 'day to day':


Develop a deep understanding of
POS needs in both channels (traditional & modern) for constantly finding new and innovative ways on how PMI portfolio has to be displayed in P
POSM/T
POSM materials.

Build on the purpose of achieving awareness and trial of our brands at the different channels driven by the way our products are being displayed at
POS.

All visibility strategies must be aligned with the different brand teams and aligned to achieve our commercial objectives.

Who we're looking for:
The mix of brand + trade marketing experienced with managing a big portfolio of brands.

A highly motivated person who can deal with the agencies, brands stakeholders and manage a lot of initiatives at the same time.

Someone who has a B2B & B2C best ways of working mindset.

Deep understanding of modern and traditional trade channels, to define permanent and temporary materials to be implemented in the different point of sales according to brand needs and business objectives

MANAGEMENT OF SUPPLIERS AND AGENCIES:
Lead negotiations with different type of suppliers and agencies to agree on different projects and deliverables

PLANOGRAMS AT
POS:

Responsible for leading the coordination and communication among internal teams on how planograms and category management in general will look like at
POS, both for HET and GT.


STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENT:
Work closely with the commercial area to identify and act upon business opportunities that can be tackle from a P
POSM/T
POSM perspective for the CC business

POSM DATA MYNING:
Responsible for following up on P
POSM/T
POSM performance in all channels, to support decision making process

B PPROJECT DEPLOYMENT:
Responsible for the deployment from beginning to end of at least one B2B project

BUDGET MANAGEMENT Responsible for the proper management of the Marketing budget, assessing the situation and providing recommendations

Work experience desired:

  • FMCG consumer and trade knowledge
  • Business building

  • Trade data mining and analysis
