Your 'day to day':

  • Accountable for assisting the Manager in developing the long term portfolio vision, related short to midterm portfolio strategies and leading the effective implementation of its plans (for CC NTDs + MTH) in order to contribute towards the achievement of the affiliates volume, share and operating income targets.
  • Assist in the briefing of the OC PIP team and work with them on the development of the respective projects and the alignment of strategies.
  • For each assigned project from the Marketing Plan, ensure that the Commercialization lifecycle is effectively managed i.e. ontime MSF submissions, RPC/CPC approvals without issue, implementation and follow up.
  • Good analytics skills to feel comfortable with data tools such as Nielsen where he/she would be capable of drawing conclusions after assessing a given situation.
  • Brand building fundamentals in order to contribute in sketching the long term vision of the segment as well as the short/ mid strategies.
  • Consumer centric so that he/ she can be familiar with consumer research and trends understanding reports.
  • Creative and disruptive thinking given the nature of the industry where outside of the box ideas to get to our consumers and to have impact at our POS are truly important.

Who we're looking for:

Education:
Communication and/or Marketing degree, Advertising degree

Work Experience:
Around 5-7 years of marketing management experience and project management skills.

Proficient English

Work with deadlines

Teamwork

Negotiations skills
