Overview
Serás responsable de asegurar que el Sistema de Control Interno de ámbito de su Gestión, se apegue a los lineamientos establecidos por los especialistas, estableciendo mecanismos que apoyen a la mitigación de los riesgos potenciales que impidan el logro de los objetivos establecidos.
Extienderás al front line de su área la metodología de control y vigila la adecuada Gestión de todos los riesgos en los procesos de su área.
Lo que harás:
- Realizar seguimiento de entorno de control de los procesos de la unidad, apoyándose en la estructura de indicadores de riesgo operacional de Área de Negocio/Soporte: Management Limits, Key Risk Indicators y Key Control Indicators.
- Participar y asegurar el desarrollo de marco de mitigación y control a aplicar en las iniciativas de su unidad.
- Compartir con el Área de Negocio/Soporte información relevante para la identificación de riesgos: requerimientos regulatorios, información de sector, informes de Reguladores, Auditoría Interna y Auditoría Externa y otros.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos establecidos por los especialistas y NFR para la admisión de riesgo operacional.
- Evaluar las pérdidas que se encuentran informadas en el Sistema Integral de Riesgo Operacional (SIRO).
- Realizar seguimiento de los riesgos operacionales de las actividades externalizadas por el Área de Negocio/Soporte, con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de Grupo en materia de outsourcing y Gestión de proveedores.
