Job Description

Main Objective

The Training Specialist at Bosch coordinates and implements competency development programs and formal training on legal compliance issues, based on leadership principles and policies, as well as current Human Resources policies.

What challenges will you face?

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing the training plan according to detected training needs for direct and indirect personnel.
  • Ensuring compliance with development and evaluation measures for competency improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with mandatory courses and legal requirements according to organizational goals.
  • Being responsible for training projects based on company needs.
  • Monitoring Training Indicators and ensuring effective development of plans.
Qualifications

Who are we seeking?

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Administration, Communications, or related).
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in the Industry in Training, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • Advanced English proficiency is a must.

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong Project Management skills and knowledge of project management standards/practices.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, virtual training delivery platforms, and various learning design and development software.
  • Effective ability to query, compile, enter, track, and maintain data and records management systems.
  • Ability to deliver learning products, services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross-functional global environment.
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.
