Your duties will vary day to day and are essential to keep the company operating smoothly.Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Major tasks:
- Answer all incoming calls of the main company line.
- Identify the caller and the reason for the call to transfer to the right team member.
- Contact all incoming leads interested in renting.
- Schedule showings to potential tenants and answer all of their questions regarding leasing and guide them through the proper channels to be informed.
- Input accurate notes on the Property Management Software.
- Answer text messages through the chat system.
- Once a month attend Podium After Hours.
- Daily Zoom Meeting
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent English.
- Adaptability.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication.
- Call center experience is preferred.
- Previous Property Management experience is a plus but not required.
Technical Requirements for the position:
- Computer with recent technology
Minimum requirements:
- Intel i5 Processor or similar AMD.
- 8 GB RAM.
- Webcam and Microphone/Headset
- Good internet speed:
- 20 Mb download
- 5 Mb upload
