**Description**:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Virtual Call Center Agents. As a Virtual Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely from your own home while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Conduct research and compile data
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally
- **Assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution**:

- **Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills**:

- **Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery**:

- **Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and customer satisfaction targets**

**Requirements**:

- **Must have a Call Center and Customer Care experience**:

- Sales and Virtual Assistance experience is a **PLUS**:

- **Proficient English and Spanish language skills**:

- **Exceptional reading, writing, and speaking in English and Spanish**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment, you must own a computer and have a dedicated workspace
- **Must be able to work during USA work hours**

**Technical Requirements**:

- Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
- Windows or Mac is acceptable
- At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available
- At least 100 Mbps download speed
- At least 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & pocket WIFI connections are not allowed)
- Noise-canceling Headset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $8,500.00 - $10,221.00 per month

**Experience**:
