El Analista Sénior de Proyectos es una función profesional de un empleado experimentado.

Responsibilities:
Proactively leads the workstream of Continuous Improvement, delivering improvements through projects to meet management's strategic objectives. Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies. Identifies key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition. Ensuring project delivery within scope, budget and on time. Ensures resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment. Measures project management performance against standards. Ensures appropriate project staffing levels. Full knowledge and understanding of PM processes, methodologies and frameworks (waterfall, agile) and management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, PTS, others).

Qualified with demonstrated experience by leading semi complex projects and managing resources and budgets.

Application of PM tools for risk identification, creating mitigation plans, escalations and managing strict timelines with solid project documentation and adherence to project processes.
