Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Commercial Marketing Manager will be accountable to accelerate sales and profitability growth initiatives through Sonrics branding and price pack creating and leading a winning strategic plan for short and long term. Responsible to create and execute marketing plans and commercial initiatives that produce sustained, profitable and volume growth . Develop proven effective leadership for PMF processes. Manage and coach marketing coordinators to rapidly prepare them to assume increasing responsibility leading toward brand management and flawless execution.

Your Impact

As Commercial Marketing Manager Sonric ́s, your scope would consist of:

  • Negotiation with commercial drive and sales team to develop solid confectionery plans for each sales formats
  • Lead seasonalities marketing and sales activation in the short term to assure POS execution
  • Confectionery AOP execution plan.
  • Lead improvement agenda, including Revenue Management.
  • Manage key partner relationship with internal matrix .
  • Planning procces
  • Propose and manage marketing mix model and further A&M needs.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Commercial and sales formats knowledge, planning processes, negotiation, setting the agenda, talent development and advanced sales acumen.
  • Teamwork, analytical, problem solving, efficient oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, creativity, persuasiveness, results oriented, assertiveness, tenacity, high sense of urgency and high level of initiative.
  • 6-8 years of experience in sales, trade marketing and commercial roles.
  • English level advanced.
  • Leadership and influencing skills. Advanced networking and multifunctional team skills.
  • High energy and proactive attitude.
