  • Develop and lead long-term strategy for Facilities Services
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and global experts to design and implement sourcing strategy
  • Manage cross-functional priorities and relationships to achieve strategic objectives
  • Ensure supplier contracts and develop Business Continuity Plan to mitigate risks
  • Enhance internal capability for Services Procurement
Your ImpactAs a Facilities Services professional, you will:
  • Lead sourcing strategy for Facilities Services in LATAM
  • Understand cost drivers and industry trends to optimize sourcing strategies
  • Manage procurement processes and proactively address challenges
  • Ensure contract compliance, supplier performance, and risk management initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders globally and maximize business value
  • Analyse bid proposals and drive strategic supplier development
QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
  • BA/BS in Finance, Engineering; Master's degree is a plus
  • 5+ years in Procurement with expertise in sourcing, category management, and processes
  • Experience in implementing procurement best practices regionally or globally
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and business acumen
  • Solid understanding of business economics, cost drivers, and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead and influence teams globally and achieve ambitious targets
  • Proficiency in Spanish & English; basic knowledge of Portuguese
  • Comfortable in a complex matrix organization
