No Relocation Assistance Offered
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with payroll vendor and local teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Review and approve payment requests before submitting them for processing
- Calculate employee payouts including retroactive salary adjustments and vacation time
- Process, audit, and validate timekeeping systems and data
- Conduct root cause analysis of potential errors and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Generate reports from the vendor system for company stakeholders
- Support internal and external audits as well as regulatory inspections
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and HR department
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOBPs) and ensure adequate backups
What are the requirements for this role?
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in finance or human resources
- 1-2 years of experience as a Payroll Processor (preferred)
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Focus on providing exceptional customer service
