WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Nike Mexico is hiring for a Site Experience Specialist who brings digital and commercial experience toward building Nike's Site Experience team in Mexico. This person will be a key change agent in Nike's digital business acceleration plans and will bring a variety of expertise and perspectives to an already experienced team, leveraging current best practices while identifying areas to challenge the status quo.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Sitting within the Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC)organization, the Site Experience Specialist is responsible for optimizing the consumer's digital journey end to end ensuring the best representation of our product assortment, brand and commercial campaigns Nike App.

Manage site experience for certain categories and genders in line with the commercial plan, including product attribution, collections creation, product tracking and set up of merchandising rules and navigation.

Read and react the business, coordinate with cross functional partners, analyze demand, sell through, inventory needs and markdowns to optimize journey and increase CVR.

You will analyze standard weekly reporting and dashboards, perform deep dives, and will share insights and priorities with cross-functional partners to drive actions that improve the consumer experience at a gender lens and impact KPIs.

Track and measure the performance of products and create strategies to increase the business.

Analyze site search consumer behavior and improve site search results in & Nike App.

Interpret market trends, identify challenges, and apply this to improve consumer experience and product.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will collaborate with platforms team, Digital Operations, Demand and Supply Management, and Digital Marketing teams in order to create best in class experiences in cross gender initiatives, optimize communication and gather all perspectives to coordinate execution of those tactics.

Work in partnership with Site Experience Manager to establish seasonal plans, brand and retail moments experiences to achieve the business targets.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree concentrated in business, marketing or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital commerce or digital marketing.
  • Experience in e-commerce retail and product knowledge.
  • Ability to work under extremely tight timelines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to response to problems.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with an ability to take data and transform it into future strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability for multitasking with obsession to details.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel and English required.
