Para enfrentar mejor estos desafíos, necesitas:
- Brindar soporte técnico de manera presencial a los usuarios de las aplicaciones y de los hardware (por ejemplo, PCS, servidores, computadoras centrales) en la organización.
- Actuar con los servicios de redes, con los ingenieros de sistemas de software o con el desarrollo de aplicaciones para restablecer el servicio o identificar problemas.
