El Generalista de RH contribui para alinhar a estratégia de RH com a visão e prioridades da negociação. Funge como agente de mudança e é um sócio para os líderes e colaboradores da empresa.

Junto com o Gerente de RH, o HRBP atuou no estabelecimento de prioridades, na impulsão de valores e na obtenção de resultados por parte de seus colaboradores e na negociação.


  • Atua como agente de mudança para o negócio através do design de processos e políticas que apoiam a mudança e a transformação de seus colaboradores e dos resultados.
  • Analisar as tendências e as estatísticas em colaboração com a equipe RRHH para desenvolver soluções; programas e políticas.
  • Proporciona treinamento aos líderes em uma variedade de temas que vêm desde perguntas de lações com os funcionários, até o desenvolvimento do talento
Interaja com as unidades de negociação para levar a cabo a análise das necessidades dos gerentes, tomando como ponto de partida os objetivos do negócio e sobre ele, apresente soluções que satisfaçam suas necessidades do largo espaço

  • Participou do processo de identificação e aquisição de talentos da empresa
Alinha a execução da estratégia de RRHH com o negócio

  • Brinda apoyo conta com seus clientes internos para o desenvolvimento e atualização de planos de desempenho
Orientar a equipe de trabalho no que diz respeito ao cumprimento dos valores da empresa

  • Desenvolver iniciativas que favoreçam a empatia do colaborador com a cultura e os valores da empresa.
  • Participou do processo de recrutamento, seleção e retenção de pessoal
  • Participou dos planos de desenvolvimento e identificação de talentos para conquistar vagas com candidatos internos
  • Identificar tendências dentro do mercado trabalhista e apresentar propostas de melhoria nos planos de benefícios atuais.
Gerencia você/o apoya os resultados do ciclo anual de RRHH para incluir a gestão do desemprego

  • Avaliar os problemas, relacionados aos estilos e tendências de liderança, fazendo propostas proativas como parte das soluções de RR.HH.
  • Compreende funções de Nomina; SIRH; e Compensação e Benefícios conforme necessário para fornecer soluções aos clientes internos quando necessário
  • Em conjunto com a Gerência de Recursos Humanos e os líderes apropriados da empresa, estabelecem planos e ações de melhoria do ambiente de trabalho alienados à cultura da empresa.
  • É um promotor dos princípios da diversidade e inclusão, revendo com crítica os processos da empresa para alinhá-los a estes princípios
  • Participou nos programas da Bienestar concebidos para todos os colaboradores dentro da empresa
  • Se reúne regularmente com os colaboradores da empresa para identificar suas necessidades e criar planos para atender seus requisitos.

Resolva conflitos e dudas dos empregados que você sean entre si, com seus chefes, apego às políticas e cumprimento dos aspectos legais.
