Your mission as Country Manager

  • Agree on and manage budgets and a detailed annual business plan.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with key business partners, develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely approvals.
  • Develop and create regionally appropriate marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the company in the assigned country, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize business processes.
  • Research and analyze market opportunities, identify potential clients, and negotiate agreements.
  • Establish expansion and growth strategies.

What It Takes To Succeed

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and adaptable environment.
  • Leadership and influencing skills in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in the media and/or research industry.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate studies, a master's degree, or an MBA is desirable.
  • +2 years of experience in leadership or senior management roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
