What is expected in this role?

  • Ensure that portfolio customers have a positive experience with Asksuite through a friendly and productive relationship;
  • Serve national and international customers (in English and Spanish);
  • Possess a proactive profile, identify problems and opportunities, pursue the client to offer valuable solutions, and exceed expectations in the partnership;
  • Negotiate expiring contracts and reverse cancellation requests (Churn);
  • Promote revenue expansion from the client portfolio by generating upselling, crossselling and referral opportunities, ensuring that decision makers are interested in participating in new product presentation meetings;
  • Hold and conduct platform use alignment meetings with the company's customers;
  • Collect and provide the sales and marketing area with positive testimonials and success cases;
  • Analyze CS data and processes and suggest improvement actions;
  • Develop education and success materials for clients;
  • Make contact with customers, present new platform releases and conduct training.

  • Experience acting as a Customer Success Manager;
  • Experience working in the hotel market in the Reservations, Reception or Commercial areas;
  • Fluent English;
  • Fulltime availability (40 hours a week)

Nice-to-haves (not required):

  • Experience in Saas companies
  • Knowledge in social media and digital marketing
