  • Responsible for the Administration of Oracle (withdrawal of accounts).
  • Responsible for the Administration of Employees Levels.
  • Responsible for monthly reports of Headcounts.
  • Responsible for daily reports of Rotation and Absenteeism.
  • Responsible 100% of the annual holiday schedule.
  • Responsible for generating and capturing the Annual Assessments (Exempt and Non Exempt).
  • Responsible for Personnel Attention.
  • Ensure the implementation of the regulations and policies of the Company.
  • Active participation in events throughout the year.
  • Responsible for the Administration of Life Insurance for exempt employees.
  • Responsible that their decisions and actions contribute satisfactorily with our Quality Policy.
