Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team with lead generation and various information gathering, research and document prep as needed
  • Support Proposal and Marketing team efforts for various projects
  • Complete custom global Capability Grids
  • Internal and external conference support and coordination
  • Site Visit Preparation (materials/coordination)
  • Submit and follow up on Sales needed request forms
  • Manage contract signature process
  • Locate, enter and edit information in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Run reports and analyze data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Route/respond to incoming Web Sales Requests/Contact Form Submissions
  • Research and document potential opportunities through various bid websites
  • Assist in preparing slide decks and materials for finalist presentations and conferences
  • Coordinate new hire training/orientation for sales team new hires
  • Schedule and run various meetings for sales team meetings
