How You Will Make a Difference
- Incrementar el MS en lentes intraoculares de alta tecnología
- Desarrollo y mantenimiento de KOL's.
- Involucramiento en el diagnostico refractivo que conlleve a la implantación de lentes de tecnologías avanzadas.
- Manejo de entrenamientos a residentes, becarios, médicos adscritos y todo el personal del área involucrado en el proceso de implantación del lente.
- Cumplimiento de KPI's, calificaciones aprobatorias en exámenes de productos (>90%).
- Uso de las herramientas asignadas.
- Posicionamiento de marca, promoción y venta de equipos refractivos.
- Control y seguimiento de evaluación de producto Samples & Machines.
- Uso estratégico de equipos en demostración.

- Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements_
- Años de experiência 2 años de experiência como representante en oftalmología / medical devices, deseable experiência en cálculo de lentes intraoculares.
- Conocimiento especializado en algo en particular
- Calculo de lentes, interpretación topográfica, estudios por interferometría, generalidades básicas de optometría.
- Manejo de algún idioma o sistema deseable inglés, en el caso de sistemas es deseable que manejen biómetro, calculadores o equipos en tecnologías avanzadas relacionados a lentes intraoculares.
