Encargada de crear, introducir y liderar la estrategia de las diferentes empresas en redes socialescomo: FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, LINKEDIN, TIKTOK.
Propondrá, ejecutara y medir la estrategia de contenido para lograr una comunicación optima con el usuario final dependiendo del objetivo establecido, así como la difusión adecuada para el manejo del publico objetivo.
- Benchmark por marca donde se incluya el estatus actual en digital (Auditoria de competencia por marca/segmento, datos duros e interesantes de la marca analizada y competencia)
- Creación de estrategia por marca (aplicada a optimización y objetivos de la misma en los diferentes canales de difusión)
- Creación y programación de contenido (considerar las diferentes lineas de comunicación: Posicionamiento de marca (valor y esencia), promoción y venta, generación de comunidad, etc.
- Reportes semanales y mensuales (seguimiento de cuentas)
- Atención de Redes Sociales (FULL TIME)
- Control de pautas de los diferentes medios empleados para el área y las marcas
- Relación de facturas y pagos por marca
- Creación de manuales de tono de comunicación por marca
