Job overview:


Responsible for coordinating international import logistics through different types of transportation as well as monitoring customs clearance in accordance with current applicable laws.


Responsibilities:

  • Review and approval of pedimentos.
  • Generate import registration reports.
  • Coordination of sea, air and ground transportation.
  • Generation of the import file.
  • Monitor compliance with internal import policies as well as the current legal framework.
  • Monitoring of payment to suppliers.
  • NOM certification process and RYRNAs
  • Potential support in the logistics and customs processes of some LATAM countries.
  • Excellent sense of urgency and frustration tolerance.
  • Focused on continuous improvement and with the willingness to learn supply chain optimization processes.
  • Able to lead the work team between customs brokers and freight forwarders.
  • Teamwork with other internal areas such as planning, customer fulfilment and sales.

Basic requirements:

  • Graduate in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Customs, Logistics, International Business.
  • Conversational English.
  • Intermediate Excel.
  • Eager to learn every day and with great dedication.
