¿Qué papel desempeñará como miembro del equipo de tecnología de la información de Colgate?


El propósito principal de esta posición es diseñar, desarrollar, implementar y dar soporte a soluciones tecnológicas en el área de Finanzas.

El puesto requiere un desarrollador de aplicaciones de TI con experiência en SAP y la integración con otras carteras de soluciones de SAP y de terceros.


Se requerirá que la persona colabore con equipos comerciales/equipos funcionales y contrapartes de TI para actividades de proyectos en diferentes áreas comerciales en todas las geografías y ocasionalmente soporte en incidentes.

La persona debe tener la capacidad de comprender los requisitos relacionados con los problemas comerciales y transformarlos en un diseño de solución.

GIT Business Process Analyst (BPA) desempeña un papel integral en la implementación de nuevas aplicaciones que respaldan nuestros objetivos de finanzas digitales completamente integradas y de extremo a extremo.


Qué harás:

  • Comprensión de conceptos de procesos de negocio, prácticas de la industria y tecnología en el área de Finanzas.
  • Interactuar con socios comerciales financieros globales o regionales para comprender los procesos comerciales y recopilar los requisitos comerciales.
  • Trabajar en equipo con categorías multifuncionales en TI para comprender los procesos de extremo a extremo y los puntos de contacto / integración de las soluciones.
  • Comprensión y aplicación de estándares de tecnología de la información para respaldar las operaciones diarias y la implementación de proyectos.
  • Aplicar el conocimiento conceptual de los procesos de negocio y la tecnología para resolver problemas complejos.
  • Realice el diseño de la solución, la configuración/construcción del sistema y las pruebas de la aplicación de acuerdo con los plazos acordados, los requisitos comerciales y los estándares globales.
  • Desarrollo de soluciones de TI globales, codificación y prueba de programas de aplicación, mantenimiento de datos de prueba y documentación según los estándares de TI de Colgate
  • Mantener la confiabilidad de los sistemas de producción a través de la correcta utilización del soporte estándar GIT y los procesos de Gobernanza.
  • Dar soporte a los requisitos comerciales diarios de acuerdo con Colgate Global SLA.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones positivas con compañeros de GIT, socios comerciales, clientes y recursos externos.
  • Participar y contribuir en proyectos o iniciativas especiales tales como programas institucionales, comités y otros.
  • Coordinar/colaborar en la implementación de proyectos de mediano y gran tamaño a nível mundial o en toda la división.
  • Coordinar actividades de recursos internos y/o externos de acuerdo a las necesidades del proyecto.
  • Administre y realice el diseño, la configuración y las pruebas de SAP y otras aplicaciones para proyectos, actualizaciones, implementaciones y lanzamientos.
  • Adhiérase a la gobernanza global, los pasos del proyecto y la documentación.
  • Capacidad para conectarse de forma independiente con las empresas para comprender los requisitos y recomendar una solución adecuada.
  • Realiza otras tareas que se le asignen
  • Cumple con todas las políticas y normas

Calificaciones requeridas:

  • Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnologías de la Información, Matemáticas, Ingeniería, Finanzas o Contabilidad
  • Inglés 80%, deseado Bilingue
  • Más de 3 años en el rol de TI desarrollando, configurando o dando soporte a SAP FICO
  • Conocimientos en SAP FICO (SAP Finance y/o SAP Controlling)
  • Coordinación de proyectos y colaboración de trabajo con TI y recursos de negocio.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita con la capacidad de expresar conceptos técnicos complejos en términos comerciales.
  • Gran deseo de ampliar el conocimiento de las aplicaciones SAP.
  • Habilidad para adaptarse y trabajar efectivamente con una variedad de situaciones, tecnologías, individuos y culturas.
  • Habilidad para construir un ambiente colaborativo y de confianza.
  • Habilidad para identificar, analizar y resolver problemas lógicamente.
  • Capacidad para solucionar problemas e identificar la causa raíz
  • Debe ser flexible y adaptable a las nueva
