Responsable de diseñar y ejecutar estrategias para la ejecución con excelencia del portafolio INLINE de Vacunas logrando la planeación de las actividades clave de Marketing y maximizar el mercado privado y el mercado público.

Así mismo ejecutar manejo de ciclo de vida, planeación de la demanda, administración del presupuesto entre otras actividades de mercadotecnia.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liderar proyectos multidisciplinarios relacionados a los productos del portafolio permitiendo impulsar el cambio y organizar equipos que logran entregables con éxito.
  • Desarrolla enfoques específicos de canal para los segmentos de clientes clave (por ejemplo, Retail, Instituciones cuadros básicos).
  • Análisis, interpretación y desarrollo de planes de acción para las marcas con información Sell In, Sell Out, Inventarios.
  • Desarrollar estrategia y ejecutar análisis de Precios por tratamientos vs competidores.
  • Desarrollo de sinergias en Educación médica con sociedades y KOL ́s
  • Desarrollar estrategias de marketing digital para el lanzamiento del producto.
  • Control de presupuesto de Venta y de gasto vs la ejecución del mismo en lo planeado.
  • Elaboración de Forecast de los productos con inteligencia de mercado para desarrollo de escenarios del lanzamiento de los productos del portafolio.
  • Revisar y mantener materiales de la marca así como generar materiales y campañas futuras para el lanzamiento.
  • Coordinar Advisory Boards, Speaker Training, Summits, así como eventos organizados por la región.
  • Comunicación con equipo regional sobre desempeño de la marca e iniciativas de crecimiento.

Director General, Director de unidad de negocios, Gerente de portafolio (CBL), RTAL y BIL ́s (equipo regional), Comercial KAMS y Trade marketing, Acceso y KAM ́s gobierno, Medical, Regulatorio, Legal, Compliance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Indispensable:
- +2 años de experiência en Marketing/ Business Development/ entre otras
- +3 años de experiência en la industria farmacéutica (de preferencia en alta especialidad)

  • Project Management Skills
  • Inglés Avanzado
  • Manejo de Power Point avanzado
  • Excel experto

Deseable:

  • Manejo de Word avanzados
  • Experiência en Fuerza de Ventas
