As a
CONTROL DESK COORDINATOR, you will responsible for administration and operation of the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.


Key Responsabilities

  • Manage, analyze and verify the cyclical inventories of the different warehouses in order to guarantee their reliability.
  • Manage the receipt of raw materials, packaging and packaging according to company standards, ensuring that the receptions made by operators in the company's operating systems comply with the standards and are correct.
  • Review and analyze the movements (transfers, entries, returns, losses) for full compliance with the regulations.
  • Management in the programming, coordination and execution of the annual physical inventory takings according to the established policy, in order to ensure the care of the company's assets and make the corresponding reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree + 3 training acquired in Administration or equivalent.
  • Proficient experience in FIFO, planning, control of inventories.
  • Intermedium level English.
