Reclutar asociados de ventas
Entrenar a los asociados de ventas existentes en las áreas clave del negocio.
Dirigir las juntas de ventas y de negocios.
Dirigir al personal hacia un profesionalismo y desempeño en el puesto aceptable.
Investigar a la competencia y desarrollar una prospección de negocios y estrategias de marketing para competir exitosamente.
Facilitar las juntas regulares de ventas.
Conducir revisiones de desempeño del personal y de los asociados.
