Responsibilities:

  • Own the digital marketing portfolio from ideation to implementation
  • Collaboration with the Sales division to drive increased revenue conversion
  • Ongoing coordination with external vendors, printers and mail houses to coordinate various direct mail marketing, invoicing, drop scheduling and strategy efforts.
  • Bicultural and bilingual translations
  • Responsible for overseeing monthly digital and direct mail touchpoint and call volume budgets against hard marketing costs.
  • Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budget and constraints
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives through reporting, tracking and analysis to provide feedback to executive management team and strategic partners as needed
  • Develop, manage and implement products, programs, marketing strategies and campaigns including, but not limited to, brand creation, marketing plans, collateral creation, and digital media for multiple global brands and strategic partners.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (print, digital, web, social media, etc.)
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and brand identity across multimedia efforts
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns (preparing a widerange of marketing materials)
  • Strategizing the creation, implementation and ongoing updates to dozens of nurture and triggered automated digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to help meet performance objectives
  • Develop, execute, and analyze marketing plans and programs.
  • Collaborate with key clients to help meet the objectives of strategic programs, obtaining the proper design, operational and implementation approvals needed.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual
  • Spanish & English required
  • Valid Visa (likely to travel to the US) highly preferred
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 13 years' Marketo or marketing automation software experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload
  • Sense of autonomy and independency.
  • Leverage business relationships and relationship management skills
  • Naturally connects and builds strong relationships with others, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
