Sobre el rol
Flat Comercial es el área de
- que tiene 3 funciones principales:
Generación de "más y mejor negocio" para las desarrolladoras afiliadas a Flat:
captación del inventario estas desarrolladoras afiliadas a Flat; y
generación de leads de compradores y cierres de ventas
Construcción y cultivo de relaciones institucionales a favor de Flat (i.e. AMPI, desarrolladoras grandes, franquicias inmobiliarias)
Habilitador para potenciar otras unidades de negocio de Flat (FinServ, ACQ, Alterestate CRM)
Este rol se encarga de conseguir alianzas estratégicas por medio de la comunicación directa con y constante con clientes, para el logro de metas mensuales de ventas y de captación de inventario de propiedades a la plataforma
- realizando búsqueda activa.
Principales responsabilidades
Responsabilizarse de su meta mensual de captación de inventario
Manejo de inventario
Mantener comunicación constante con clientes
Conseguir alianzas estratégicas con inmobiliarias locales y nacionales
Tu perfil:
Experiência en ventas de prospección
Experiência en ventas B2B (deseable pero no necesario)
Experiência en bienes raíces (deseable pero no necesario)
Capacidad de aprender rápido
Máxima proactividad (i.e. drive en búsqueda de leads de comprador)
Communication skills escritos y hablados para asegurar reportería eficiente
Manejo de Excel y CRM.
Es deseable:
Experiência cerrando alianzas con brokers inmobiliarios.
