PURPOSE STATEMENT
- Build the Hybrid biostimulator category and the HArmonyCa brand: detailing of HArmonyCa in terms of product characteristics, positioning and indications.
- Develop the portfolio concept among HCPs for full facial treatments with Allergan Aesthetics facial portfolio.
- Provide individual training & support: educates HCPs and staff; delivers AA special and deep training related to product, consultation and others.
Note:
No training and/or detailing about technique is performed by the Product Specialist. Any demand related to that, remains under AMI and Medical Affairs as in current scope.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Customer Focus
- Deliver performance (number of customers reached by a journey, days in field, target coverage and calls per day in order) to support maximization of the AA portfolio penetration per account.
- Create a precall plan using SMART objective, evaluate calls and postcall, and document effectiveness.
- Brand development & product detailing of HArmonyCa in the Customers mapped according to the brand penetration strategy.
- Mapping and recruiting biostimulators users accounts.
- Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, and concerns in deep related to HArmonyCa always taking into consideration approved procedures.
- Support the development of the AA facial portfolio approach in field leveraging the knowledge of product information, product applicability, patient type, benefits over competitors during interactions with customers.
- Drive portfolio in Customers by demonstrating an indepth knowledge of available resources.
- Provide individual training support to HCPs and staff on HArmonyCa and any other topics that support the brand strategy.
- Mentor new Sales Consultants to enhance portfolio knowledge multidisciplinary in the field team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree complete in Physiotherapy, Nursing or Pharmacy.
Post degree in Administration, Sales or other Business is desired
A conversational level of English is a plus
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical sales, training, business consultancy or similar
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/aesthetics industry
- Experience in direct interactions, negotiation, and relation with healthcare professionals (with Physicians, Dentists is a plus).

- Proactively identifies opportunities for development of product portfolio.
- Ability to transform product, scientific, technical knowledge in value.
- Leverages relationships to support the business relationships and development in Customers.
- Be recognized as a product expert resource by Customers and AA (mainly the Sales Team).
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix and dynamic environment, with multiple brands and stakeholders.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills for interactions with Customer and delivering of solutions.
- Highly collaborative and customer centric.
- Able to travel up to 70% of the time
