Requisitos:

Responsabilidades:

Crear estrategias y planes de actualización y desarrollo de productos nuevos y actuales ("incluyendo de Precio").

Identificar, evaluar y validar ideas que puedan significar nuevas oportunidades de producto o mejoras a actuales.


Enlace y Facilitador con Soluciones (IT/DIS/CON) y Áreas Comerciales en el diseño/evaluación/requerimientos para la ejecución de nuevos productos/módulos/características de los productos.


Enlace y Facilitador con MARCOM (Mercadotecnia) y Soluciones (IT/DIS/CON) en la ejecución de artefactos y la comunicación de productos (interno y externo).


Da asesoría a los equipos comerciales1/ en el entendimiento de las estrategias y comportamiento (histórico y esperado) de los productos / soluciones 2/ diseñadas para los diferentes clientes3/, incluyendo entendimiento de requerimientos especiales de productos y un análisis competitivo y de posicionamiento.

Genera la estrategia de productos que permita su adecuado diseño, comercialización, alineación con estrategias de la empresa y apalanca oportunidades de mercado identificadas; utiliza tableros (dashboards) para analizar BD e información de los productos de la empres


Prepara propuestas de nuevos productos que complementen la oferta de soluciones, presentando el diseño, justificación y análisis (necesidades detectadas en el mercado, tendencias de la industria, expectativas en los clientes, etc.), presentando un "Roadmap" de liberaciones.

Plantea propuestas de actualización de productos, que pudieran requerirse, previo análisis y monitoreo continuo de su desempeño, vigencia, crecimiento, cambios en la industria, competencia o estrategias de los clientes (uso de "Corporativos de las soluciones"


Provee de información de mercado de Gestión de Talento para los equipos comerciales, preparando reportes y datos que faciliten la promoción de soluciones nuevas y actuales.

Provee del contenido "técnico" relativo con los productos y estrategias de venta, en forma simplificada, tanto para materiales internos de capacitación y difusión, como de comunicación externa hacia cliente

Realiza presentaciones sobre los productos para los equipos comerciales, eventos internos y de capacitación.

Estudios de Licenciatura o Ingenieria Industrial

Experiência laboral demostrada como Product Marketing Specialist

Experiência de 3 o más en ciclo de vida del producto, de preferencia en comercialización de SaaS de RH o plataformas similares

Básico-Intermedio.
