The IRF Export Change Management Specialist position is responsible for the change implementation of engineering change affected materials flowing from North America to all other regions of the world (EMEA, APAC & LATAM), both Assembly and Powertrain plants.

This position is expected to multi-task in order to meet demands of changing business requirements; make tough decisions; reach for discontinuity; analyze data quickly and accurately; and manage multiple issues simultaneously with the ability to stay organized.

Primary Responsibilities include lead activities to optimize the implementation of engineering changes within our international customer plants. Support all necessary resources, processes and systems in place to facilitate the supply of parts and components. Liaison within the team on an internal and external basis; Engineering, Manufacturing, ICT, Finance, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, 3PL's. Develop and deliver status updates to top management and customers while ensuring compliance processes.

Responsibilities:

Manage NA suppliers for designated plants to ensure both part timing and final accums are provided in a timely mannerDevelop, validate, and work to KPIs to meet company objectivesEscalate responsiveness shortfalls and risk to plant production in an urgent mannerCritical management of NA high risk suppliers for designated plants coordinating with all appropriate departments (SQ, Purchasing, SCM, Engineering, etc.)Coordinate and lead meetings with the applicable regions (EMEA/LATAM/APAC) on outstanding change management related itemsPresent high level summaries of critical issues to upper management on an as needed basisSupport lead export analyst with identifying ICT opportunities for system enhancements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant Bachelor's degree Experience 3 or more years' experience in Supply Chain Management or similar functionsCross-functional experience in supply chain management disciplinesExtremely organized, purpose driven, autonomous and detail-oriented.Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent interpersonal, written and oral English communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsChange Management and/or EBOM experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree Supply Chain ManagementPlant systems experiencePrior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teamsPrior automotive and international experienceProduction control experienceDemonstrated ability to work effectively in global multi-cultural environments
