We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they're entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.
What you'll do
- Manage paid marketing activities for the brand, focusing on lead generation across Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Track campaign results at the upper funnel level (Leads) and through to lower funnel conversions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of campaign efficacy.
- Oversee the creative development process for campaigns, including script writing optimized for conversion.
- Conduct tests on ad variations to identify the best-performing options, continuously refining marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with the paid marketing agency for day-to-day activities, ensuring optimal results and ongoing improvement.
- Align marketing campaigns with sales activities, ensuring target customers are engaged based on quality metrics
What we're looking for
- Experience in conversion rate optimization for landing pages.
- Knowledge of Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager.
- Engineering background is preferred, indicating a strong analytical and technical skill set

This role is based in our Mexico City office location (Reforma). We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we're in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. That's why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
