About the Role


The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that the production supply crib work is done safely, on time and to the right quality standards of the customer.


Equipment and Applications:

Working Conditions:

The position will work in an office and warehouse/manufacturing environment and have travel to site locations (approximately 30-50%).

Supervisory Relationships:

This position reports to the Director of Program Management.

This position supervises buyers and crib attendants.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage tool crib replenishment
  • Manage MRO purchasing in partnership with the customer
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable for the site
  • Recruit, hire, manage and supervise staff
  • Identify and execute largescale / longterm cost savings initiatives
  • Liaison between customer and vendors
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation and site reports
  • Grow business on site.
  • Assure that vendors are delivering up to expectation
  • Maintain good inventory levels, according with INFOR System
  • MIN & MAX.
  • Generate and process order to different suppliers
  • To keep records well organized to deliver orders on time
  • To keep tracking of savings and loses in a timely manner
  • Able to negotiate best prices with local vendors
  • Provide technical support to customer
  • Generate work related meetings where it is needed
  • Participate in EHS or Civil Protection meetings
  • Supervision to staff members and generates payroll reports to HR department
  • Availability to participate in all companyrelated development courses
  • Comply with traffic and garment rules in the sites.
  • To keep inventory control, and make sure that inventory is accurate physically and system

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least four year of experience with purchasing practices and procedures
  • SAP or ERP system experience strongly preferred
  • At least 3 years supervising staff, to include, hiring disciplining and terminating staff
  • Knowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market for the site
  • Experience in integrated supply
  • Independent thinker and learner
  • Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage customer expectations
  • Sourcing experience
  • Organized and ability to be flexible
