Description

The Employee Lifecycle Subject Matter Expert plays a crucial role in assisting the Human Resources Technology Senior Management with the implementation of complex and critical systems. This position requires a deep understanding of various aspects of the Employee Lifecycle (Recruitment, Onboarding, Retention, Development, Offboarding, among others) and different areas within the Human Resources function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with IT executives and business leaders to develop business plans for HR technical solutions
  • Ensuring the business unit meets or exceeds service level agreements and resolves significant issues
  • Leveraging extensive knowledge to address cross-functional issues and demonstrate commercial awareness
  • Managing a team, overseeing budget and planning
  • Providing informed judgments in complex situations and contributing to strategic decisions
  • Influencing stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation
  • Assessing risks in business decisions while upholding compliance and safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology planning with expertise in Human Resources systems
  • Proficiency in budget management, risk and control management, and influencing skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree; Master's degree preferred
