Requisitos del puesto

Experiência

  • Más de 3 años de experiência en gestión de cuentas o éxito de clientes
  • Se valorará la experiência previa en operaciones minoristas.
  • Gran sentido comercial y experiência en el entorno de la industria tecnológica
  • Sólida comprensión de las técnicas de asistencia y atención al cliente con una gran visión para los negocios.
  • Educación, certificaciones y formación
  • Licenciatura en Informática o cualquier campo relacionado
  • Permiso de conducir
  • Conocimientos informáticos
  • Conocimientos relevantes del sector tecnológico para comunicarse con nuestros ingenieros
  • Usuario avanzado de

Responsabilidades del puesto

Nuestro Customer Success Manager estará desplegado en las oficinas de OXXO en Monterrey durante los primeros 12 meses para gestionar esta y otras cuentas de ventas, asegurar que la solución se está utilizando de manera efectiva y que la ejecución en tienda es del 100%.

Durante los primeros 12 meses, deben ser flexibles para viajar a través de México y el extranjero cuando sea necesario y capaz de trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido.


Responsabilidades del puesto

  • Proporcionar gestión de cuentas in situ a nuestros clientes minoristas en México
  • Compromiso continuo con el cliente para analizar sus necesidades y destacar cómo la solución Intouch puede satisfacer sus requisitos
  • Enlace directo con los clientes para obtener puntos de datos que permitan medir la eficacia de los productos
  • Trabajar con el equipo de analistas de negocio de Intouch para analizar el rendimiento del producto y ofrecer al cliente perspectivas de negocio procesables.
  • Proporcionar datos que respalden los casos comerciales para ayudar al equipo de ventas a aumentar los ingresos de la empresa.
  • Generar informes periódicos sobre la satisfacción del cliente y el rendimiento del producto
  • Trabajar con los clientes para atender todas las consultas planteadas de manera oportuna
  • Establecer las mejores prácticas de atención al cliente y compartirlas con las partes interesadas pertinentes
  • Proporcionar al equipo técnico información sobre el rendimiento del producto para introducir mejoras o posibles nuevas funciones.
  • Informar de cualquier problema relacionado con el rendimiento de nuestro producto o con el hardware de la tienda a nuestro equipo de asistencia para eliminar cualquier bloqueo de nuestro software.
  • Trabajar con los clientes para determinar los requisitos futuros del producto y transmitir esta información documentada al equipo de productos de nuestro cliente.
  • Establecer relaciones sólidas con diferentes equipos de clientes
  • Estar en contacto con el equipo de ventas para conseguir nuevos acuerdos comerciales en México y gestionarlos
  • Trabajar para comprender las necesidades de los clientes y sugerir soluciones oportunas
  • Utilizar tus habilidades y conocimientos para ayudar a los clientes a comprender mejor cómo utilizar el sistema y, con el tiempo, cómo utilizarlo de forma más eficaz
  • Proporcionar materiales de alta calidad al equipo de marketing del cliente para las actividades de marketing en línea.
  • Servir de enlace entre los equipos de marketing internos y los del cliente para generar material publicitario cruzado.
