Your Role (i.e.

Key Job Responsibilities):

  • Lead team in understanding and executing VoiceoftheCustomer
  • Lead programs with a cross functional team in accordance with the Aptiv Enterprise Operating System (EOS)
  • Track and report program status at multiple internal gates and external customer meetings
  • Ensure all projects are flawlessly launched and risk mitigation actions are tracked to completion
  • Ensure projects are kept within the approved budget while properly forecasting capital spending
  • Ensure project timing is met as defined by customers (both internal and external)
  • Manage program risk activities and escalate issues as required Ensure compliance with customerspecific requirements

Your Required Background (i.e.

Must Haves):

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent technical field.
  • 3+ years' experience in project/program management or equivalent field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the use of product life cycle and risk management tools.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.)
  • Previous leadership experience within Project/Program Management, Product Engineering Project Lead, Mfg Engineering Project Lead
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
  • Strong resultsorientation and execution characteristics
  • Resourcefully innovative and adapts in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently Strong presence, poise and persuasiveness to establish a high level of credibility quickly

Your Preferred Background (i.e.

Nice to Haves):

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Project
  • Previous experience with engineering and manufacturing teams products include automotive grade PCBAs, Injection Molding, Terminals etc.
  • Previous experience with direct customer interface customer and leading team support for project requests
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn continuously, clearly establish expectations and hold others accountable for achieving results
