-PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise and coordinate a group of Maintenance Supervisors, act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and operations
Understand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.
Prepare, define, review and agree CM, PM and PdM plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization's maintenance goals.
Lead communication between maintenance and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service.
Minimize the number of interruptions once work begins.
Establish job goals for the maintenance workforce.
Provide immediate insights into potential labor shortages (or excesses).
Develop, prepare and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance checklists and other standardized procedures
High technical experience in all systems and automation
Electromechanical, Mechanic, Electrical Engineer (preferably)
Maintenance Software Experience (preferably)
KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Driven
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Degree in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or similar
Minimum of 3 years in the Maintenance Equipment area & Building Maintenance coordination experience.
English (preferable 80%)
Excellent communication and positive attitude
