Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineering Supervisor to join our team at North American Production Sharing, Inc. as a key member of our Test Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and individually contributing to the support of Sales and Production with assigned customer projects to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement test strategies and systems to meet customer requirements, including the creation of customer-specific test concepts and test fixtures.
  2. Test Design and Deployment: Design, realize, and deploy test strategies in the assigned test field, including the development of test proposals and customer engagement to support the sale of their test programs.
  3. Documentation and Maintenance: Maintain documentation of customer-provided test equipment, including the development of test instructions and ensuring the ongoing operation of the machines for which test engineering is responsible.
  4. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, advising them on the optimum design for testing to achieve the most efficient and cost-effective solution possible.
  5. Project Management: Work with the Customer Success Team to ensure timely and successful completion of test projects, considering technical feasibility, and manage and oversee multiple test projects simultaneously.
  6. Second-Level Support Operations: Support the test field via second-level support and training, ensuring the ongoing operation of the machines for which test engineering is responsible.
  7. Training and Innovation: Educate and train internal department colleagues, train specialized personnel in the test field, and promote innovation in the field of testing.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience: +3 years in a similar position.
  3. Skills and Competences: Demonstrated experience with Test Engineering protocols, methodologies, and best practices; electrical and general technical understanding; testing knowledge; problem-solving; systems thinking; creativity; quick comprehension; communication skills; technical project management.
  4. Language Skills: Bilingual Spanish/English.
