Your Responsibilities
Contribute with the Innovation Center's goals by deploying Siemens Energy's Innovation strategy in the LATAM region.
Manage regional innovation by coordinating and engaging the business areas leadership and community in LATAM innovation approach to achieve the Innovation Center goals while adding value to the business, combining the innovation center and regional capabilities.
Identify and develop regional relevant energy transition and decarbonization innovations that will strengthen our relevance to regional customers, support the implementation strategic innovations for the regional business and develop new scalable businesses as well as deploying and contributing to the development and adoption of global innovation Fields of Action technologies and businesses through the Region.
to deploy the innovation strategy in LATAM attracting public and private funds and resources, accelerating innovation validation and adoption, and sharing risks.
