Como Director de Marketing, serás responsable de supervisar y liderar a un equipo de profesionales de marketing, brindándoles orientación y dirección estratégica.
Colaborarás estrechamente con otros departamentos para garantizar que las estrategias de marketing estén alineadas con los objetivos comerciales de la empresa.
Además, tus habilidades analíticas serán clave para gestionar y asignar eficientemente el presupuesto de marketing, evaluando constantemente el retorno de la inversión.
Serás responsable de supervisar la creación de contenido atractivo y estratégico para campañas de marketing, sitios web, redes sociales y otros canales de comunicación.
Tus habilidades en análisis de mercado y competencia serán fundamentales para identificar oportunidades y amenazas, y ajustar las estrategias en consecuencia.
También colaborarás en el desarrollo de la identidad de marca de la empresa y en la gestión de su reputación.
Esperamos que cuentes con un título universitario en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado, preferentemente con una maestría en Marketing o Administración de Empresas.
Debes tener una sólida experiência en un rol de liderazgo en marketing, orientación a resultados y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
Además, debes contar con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
