Resumen de la función:


Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, mediante la entrega de sus productos de manera oportuna, administrando la comunicación efectiva y asegurando el cumplimiento de sus requerimientos logísticos.


Responsabilidades clave:

  • Revisión, seguimiento y mantenimiento diario de los sistemas de los diferentes clientes automotrices.
  • Análisis de la demanda/requerimientos específicos de los clientes.
  • Realizar las actividades requeridas de acuerdo a las necesidades y/o requerimientos de cada cliente.
  • Administrar ERP de acuerdo con los datos de cada cliente.

Requerimientos clave:

Experiência:
Como servicio a clientes Ford / Stellantis

Idioma:
Ingles, (Conversacional)

Escolaridad:
Ingeniería industrial o Licenciatura.

Conocimientos:

  • MMOG/LE
  • Portales Ford y Stellantis, deseable otros.
  • IATF

Competencias Tecnicas:

  • Paquetes Computacionales (Excel avanzado).
  • ERP / EDI, Lean Manufacturing / WCM, Solución de problemas (8Ds, etc)
  • Core Tools
