**Job Description**
The HR Partner at Bosch Group advises and supports managers, supervisors, and associates in their area of responsibility on strategic and operational HR matters. They act as a sparring partner for executives, exchanging views freely and providing corrective feedback when necessary. The HR Partner also facilitates the division/site strategy/services in their area of responsibility by implementing appropriate HR measures.
**Key Responsibilities**

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and administrative practices related to those factors.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bachelor of Administration, Labor Law, Industrial Relations Degree or related.
- English advanced.
