We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Services Representative to join our team at Citibanamex. As a key member of our Consumer Sales team, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets for financial products and services within your assigned district or location.
Key Responsibilities:- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated locations or assigned geographical coverage areas to increase revenue for the bank.
- Proactively approach Citi clients to understand their needs and interest them in our financial products.
- Provide advice and product information to Citi clients, outlining features and benefits.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products and achieve or exceed decided sales targets.
- Achieve or exceed decided sales targets while appropriately assessing risk and demonstrating sound ethical judgment.
- Previous relevant Field Sales experience preferred.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Influencing and relationship management skills.
- Exhibit the ability to identify and recognize customer needs.
High School diploma or equivalent.
