About The Role
As
Social & Influencers Sr Specialist LatAm you will bring thought leadership and innovation of influencers and social platforms across categories and markets.
Understand future digital trends and capabilities that can bring Colgate ahead of the curve Coach marketing teams about the best ways of working and measuring influencers and new platforms.
What You Will Do
- Help on the development and design of guidelines with frameworks that allow teams to develop best in class influencer campaigns
- Monitor emerging social platforms: media buying, audiences, and measurement to understand their potential use at Colgate
- Support on the deployment of learning sessions that coach LATAM marketing teams and agencies
- Support marketing teams in Latin America subsidiaries in the implementation of influencer campaigns or new platforms
- Attend different digital forums, understand other companies' ways of work to bring new digital trends that can be implemented at Colgate
- Support on Database management and benchmark optimizations
What You Need (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience with digital fundamentals: digital media, social media, influencer marketing, measurement & optimization
- Strong analytical skills and uptodate with the latest trends in digital marketing
- Experience working with digital / creative agencies and offshore resources
- Strong project management skills
- Problemsolving, priority setting, coaching and other interpersonal skills
- Advanced English Level
