The Order Experience (OEX) team oversees all customer care aspects related to the quote-to-order process, encompassing people, procedures, tools, and customer satisfaction. The team ensures the accurate input of purchase orders and service contract details from Zebra's sales team or customers into the company's system. They serve as experts on all matters regarding product and service contract orders, addressing inquiries from management, Zebra's sales teams, and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Enters new product and service contract order data accurately into the system, following procedures meticulously. Manages accounts that may involve intricate contracts with varied billing arrangements or multiple-contract consolidation requirements.
  • Acts as the primary contact/account representative for key customers/accounts.
  • Achieves or surpasses all departmental or individual performance metrics outlined in service level agreements.
  • Provides price quotes when requested.
  • Ensures proper documentation and monitoring of all assigned orders.
  • Addresses customer or internal inquiries related to order status, invoices, service contract privileges, etc.
  • Collaborates independently with other internal departments concerning order status, invoicing, credits, shipping dates, product availability, quality issues, and service repairs.
  • Engages management where necessary to resolve new or complex issues.
  • Adheres to OEX customer strategy, sets a positive example, and upholds our customer-centric principles.
  • Delivers a positive ordering and invoicing experience for customers and partners.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education: High School or equivalent.
  • Minimum Work Experience (years): 1 – 2 years.
  • Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail and quality.
  • Thorough adherence to processes.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal) and local language where applicable.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft business applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Customer service-focused mindset.
  • Sound understanding of product and service order policies and procedures.
  • Professional work ethic (punctuality, teamwork, time management).
  • Effective communication skills (active listening, clear and concise information delivery, appropriate language usage, and communication mediums).
  • Intermediate problem-solving abilities.
