Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain Client Relationships and Showcase IBM's Tech Value: Actively nurture client relationships while underscoring the value of IBM's tech solutions.
  • Utilize Solution-Selling Skills: Deploy solution-selling techniques to engage decision-makers, assess opportunities, and establish lasting partnerships.
  • Oversee the Full Sales Process: Manage the complete sales process, from handling RFI/RFP responses to meeting KPIs, focusing on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with IBM's Sales Network: Partner with IBM's sales ecosystem to craft and execute sales campaigns, driving sales pipeline growth.

The Brand Sales Specialist for Data & AI and Digital Labor Portfolio for SQUAD Customers in Monterrey is a pivotal role requiring strong interpersonal communication skills and a proactive approach to building client relationships.
