CONDUENT IS HIRING CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS FOR
MONTERREY NUEVO LEON SITE.
Training starts May 6th 2024
Description:
GTS (Guest Travel Services) It is a customer service department and its subsidiaries that assists customers who have just purchased their cruise tickets and wish to receive assistance in reserving the flights/hotels/ground transportation they require to carry out their cruises. vacations (to get to the city where they will board the cruise) and for their return home. They also serve customers with problems during their trip, such as flight delays, cancellations, or overbooking.
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) B
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service oriented
- Schedules from 7am 9pm Monday to Sunday
- 2 days off
- Full availability required
