Proposito del puesto Give support to the Human Resources Manager and follow up the programs of HR Dept.

Descripción Provide human quality service to internal and external clients through the Administration and monitoring human resources plans and programs created by the Human Resources Management, which are focused on meeting the goals and objectives of the business plan and legal compliance to generate and maintain a healthy work environment through the application of policies, procedures, trainings and regulations established by the company.

Be a point of reference for ethics and morals for all Employees.
Responsabilidades principales - Overall managing effective HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, training, etc

  • Promoting effective and most cost saving administrative management
  • Promoting Gurit values, Group HR and other corporate policies
  • Promote safe work environment and assure employees follow all safety policies.

Competencias y experiencia Skills:

  • Familiar with payroll and basic employee taxation
  • An indepth understanding of the HR Function, its related processes, and local employment legislation
  • An indepth understanding of the work environment in Mexico
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, diplomacy and negotiation skills, ability to work on your own initiative, good organizational skills, ability to work with personnel at all levels, able to deal with difficult situations.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years generalist HR
  • Experience of working for a Global / Multinational organization (Desired)
  • Experience of / Having excellent ability of setting up or significantly developing an HR Function / Department is essential

Education:

  • Good academic background, educated to degree level. Organizational Psychology or Human Resources background desired.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential.
